Nearly 400 colleagues from across 21st Century Fox gathered at the Plaza Hotel in New York earlier this month for the Women@21CF New York premiere event. Women@21CF is an employee-led Colleague Network and Resource Group whose mission is to develop female leadership at all levels and foster a culture where all women thrive.

The Women@21CF New York premiere event, which brought together colleagues from various 21CF business units, featured a keynote address from National Geographic photographer Jodi Cobb, an executive panel discussion and a show-stopping performance by the Sing Harlem Choir – all in the name of championing 21CF’s diverse voices and forging a bright future for gender parity.

“Women@21CF is about learning from leaders and innovators, but it’s also about elevating, honoring and respecting each other,” said emcee Harris Faulkner, co-host of “Outnumbered” on Fox News Channel. “It’s about coming together with our many voices to support the women around us. It’s about meeting new friends who will guide us along our journeys, and meeting others whom we will help guide along theirs.”

Jodi Cobb, one of National Geographic’s first female photographers, delivered the keynote presentation, taking the audience on a tour through her more than 40 years of work photographing and sharing inspiring stories of women around the world.

Personal accounts of female leadership, successes, challenges and work-life experiences continued during an executive panel discussion moderated by Rosanna Scotto, host of FOX 5’s “Good Day New York”; and included Marianne Gambelli, President of Ad Sales, Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network; Vanessa Morrison, President of Fox Family; Janet Nova, EVP and Deputy Group General Counsel for 21CF; and MyKhanh Shelton, SVP Global Inclusion, Engagement and Diversity for 21CF.

Women@21CF is open to colleagues at all levels of the company — from those beginning their careers and learning about the industry, to people rising through the ranks, to executives looking to transform their teams and mentor the next generation. Numerous Women@21CF activities, such as professional development, networking, seminars and speaker series will be taking place in New York and across the country throughout the year.
