National Geographic has earned 24 nominations and three honorees for the 22nd annual Webby People’s Voice Awards, which honor international excellence on the internet. While National Geographic is familiar with racking up Webby nominations, this year the beloved brand is nominated for the first-ever Webby “Media Company of the Year” award, which will be presented to the media company that performs best across all Webby Award categories. The Webby People’s Voice Award is voted on by fans online, and voting is open until Thursday, April 19.
Nominees were selected from a pool of more than 13,000 entries from all 50 U.S. states and 70 countries around the world. Below are National Geographic’s 24 Webby People’s Voice Award nominations and three honorees:

Voting for the Webby People’s Voice Awards is open now until Thursday, April 19, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 24, and celebrated in New York on Monday, May 14. The full awards show and highlights will be available on Tuesday, May 15, at webbyawards.com.
