Each year, the Webby People’s Voice Awards honor “excellence on the internet.” National Geographic, no stranger to such excellence, has earned 12 nominations this year. The 21st Annual Webby Awards selected nominees based on a record-setting 13,000 entries from all 50 states and 70 countries around the world. The Webby People’s Voice Awards are voted on by the online public.

Voting for the Webby People’s Voice Awards is open from now until Thursday, April 20, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Winners will be celebrated at a ceremony in New York on Monday, May 15. It will be available on demand at webbyawards.com on Tuesday, May 16.
