FX Networks does upfronts its own way: with a screening of the “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” season finale and a bowling party in New York City. The network screened the finale at the AMC Empire 25 movie theater in Times Square on Wednesday in front of an audience that included FX leaders and stars representing various FX shows, including Cuba Gooding Jr., Sarah Paulson, Sterling K. Brown, Courtney B. Vance, Danny DeVito, Louie Anderson and John Travolta.

Toby Byrne, president of advertising sales for Fox Networks Group, offered opening remarks focused on how FX’s high-quality content has been essential for getting meaningful attention for all the network’s stakeholders. John Landgraf, CEO of FX Networks, praised the talent in FX’s shows and talked about the broader significance of “The People v. O.J. Simpson.”

After the screening, the 7th Annual FX All-Star Bowling Party was hosted at the Lucky Strike bowling alley.
